Sharon Early

Sharon Ann Early, life long resident of Fairfax, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2009 at her home. She was 54 years old. Sharon was born the daughter of Billy Dewayne Wilson and Jean Marie Batschelett Wilson on May 18, 1954 in Fairfax, Oklahoma. She grew up in Fairfax and attended Fairfax Public Schools. She graduated from high school in 1972 and was Football Queen her senior year. Sharon later attended the Vo-Tec school in Stillwater, Oklahoma where she received secretary training. Sharon was employed at the Robert Clark Medical Clinic where she had many dear friends. Sharon married James Early on July 24, 1978 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. She had several enjoyments which included shopping, traveling and spending time with family. She loved going to Branson, Missouri, Eureka Springs, Arkansas and taking the annual trip to Colorado. She was a wonderful lady will be greatly missed by those who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, James; brother, Randy Wilson and sister, Pam Wilson and Ronnie Gray all of Fairfax; mother in law, Maxine Early; brother in law, Bob Early and wife, Lisa of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister in law, Trisha Lange of Texas; nephews, Robert Winston Early and John Lange; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Marie Wilson; father in law, Robert H. Early; and sister in law, Lisa Wilson. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Fairfax Cemetery with Reverend George Weston officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Sharons honor to Hospice of Owasso, 202 S Cedar St. A, Owasso, Oklahoma 74055 or to the First United Methodist Church of Fairfax, 105 North 5th St., Fairfax, Oklahoma 74637. Arrangements are under the direction of Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home.
