Olma Chambers

Olma Jean Heppel Chambers went to be with our Lord on March 10, 2010 in Houston, Texas. Jean was a long time resident of Fairfax born to Ed and Margaret Heppel on June 5, 1926. She is survived by her elder sister, Emma Mae McIntosh also from Fairfax, who now resides in Shattuck, Oklahoma with her husband, Robert.

Jean married William Bill Charles Frederick Chambers on August 2, 1948 after earning her degree at Oklahoma State University. Bill preceded Jean in passing on February 2, 2007.

Jean and Bill are also survived by their 2 children, William Scott and Susan Curtis Chambers, Scotts wife, Debbie, 4 grandsons Christopher Scott Chambers and his wife Teri, Joel Aaron Chambers and his wife Elena, Jesse Dylan Chambers and his wife Jessica Jordan Ashley Chambers, and 7 greatgrandchildren Alexandra, Brendan, Bryant, Annalyn, Kyle, Anastasia and Destiny.

Jean was truly one of the Lords gifts to the World, loved by everyone who she came in contact with and will be missed by everyone who knew her. She has been a blessing to us all.

A graveside service is to held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at the Fairfax Cemetery.
