Margie Dilbeck, lifelong resident of the Ralston and Fairfax area, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the Fairfax Manor Nursing Home. She was 79 years of age.
Margie was born March 16, 1931 at Fairfax, the daughter of Charlie Lewis and Julia Hundley Lewis. She attended the Pleasant Valley School near Ralston. She was married to Ab Dilbeck on August 2, 1947 at Barnsdall, Oklahoma. The couple had been married 63 years. She was a member of the Fairfax Assembly of God Church and at one time had taught Sunday school. Her enjoyments included fishing, church activities and Sunday dinners with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Ab, of the home three children, Andy Dilbeck, Ronnie Dilbeck and Crenna Yarber, all of Ralston one brother, J.G. Hundley of Fairfax 15 grandchildren numerous great and great great grandchildren and many other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents one infant daughter, Rhonda Gayle and one sister, Verna Mae Wilson.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Ralston Riverside Cemetery with Rev. Jay Clapp of the Fairfax Assembly of God Church presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of the HunsakerWooten Funeral Home of Fairfax.
Casket bearers are Mike Dilbeck, Russell Dilbeck, Joe Dilbeck, Michael Dilbeck, Skylar Yarber and Wayne Dilbeck. Honorary casket bearers are Marvin Sparks and Gary Moon.
