Lillian Black

May 14, 1923 — November 4, 2014

Lillian Edna Rowland Black was born to James Claude and Eliza Black McInturf in Walnut Tree, Yell County, Arkansas on May 14, 1923. She passed from this life November 4, 2014 at her home in Enid, Oklahoma after a long illness.

After growing up in Arkansas, she left her home there to spend the next 61 years in Osage County. She enjoyed taking care of others in her career as a nurses aide at Pawhuska Hospital and Fairfax Nursing Home. She loved to go to church, crocheting, sewing and her greatest enjoyment was fishing.

She is survived by two children, Betty Walker and husband, Don of Enid, OK, Sue Reed and husband, Jack of Pawhuska, OK twenty grandchildren twelve great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents four brothers two sisters three children Jim, Shirley and Peggy and two husbands.
