Jackie Robinett

Jackie Ray Robinett, resident on Fairfax, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2009 at his home. He was 59. Jackie was born the son of Willie Harrison Robinett and Minnie Ruth Stumbough Robinett on February 28, 1950 in Montrose, Colorado. He grew up in Fairfax, and later enlisted in the United States Navy. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. In the Navy, he was stationed in Midway, Hawaii and flew supplies in the Vietnam War. He was a pipefitter in the construction industry. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Kizziar of Fairfax, Oklahoma and Tina Segovia of Cedar Hill, Texas; and one brother, Bill Robinett of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Darline Wagner and one brother, Raymond Harrison Robinett. A memorial service will be announced at a later time. Arrangements were made with Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home.
