Marvin Dale Wickham, age 88, a resident of Foraker, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018. A graveside service will be held in Sedan, Kansas on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Bill Long officiating. Family and friends may leave online condolences at www.hunsakerwootenfuneralhome.com.

Casketbearers will be Ben Wickham, Alfred Wickham, Brian Canella, James Wickham, Jason Wickham, Narcis Popescu, Jared Wickham and Derek Wickham.

Marvin was born on January 27, 1930 to Alfred Arlow Wickham and Georgia Stark Wickham. He had two brothers, Alfred Arlow Wickham Jr. and Tom Wickham. Marvin attended school in Sedan where he met Maudie Dell Wells. They were married on September 10, 1948. To this union was born three sons, William Dale of Ponca City. Robert Ray of Hobbs, New Mexico, and James Arlow of Broken Arrow. Marvin worked in the oil field his entire life. He enjoyed spending time with this family, fishing and hunting.

Marvin is survived by his brother Tom and wife Hazel of Sedan; sons, William and wife Vicki of Ponca City, Robert and wife Susan of Hobbs, N.M. and James and wife Linda of Broken Arrow; grandchildren, Alfred Wickham and wife Brooke of Tonkawa, Benjamin and Michelle Wickham of Ponca City, Jason Wickham and wife Lisa of Alva, Stephanie and husband Narcis Popescu of Edmond, James Wickham of Broken Arrow, Lori and husband Brian Cannella of Broken Arrow; 12 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, more distant relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brother, Alfred Jr.
